The Compliance Pattern Protocol
A RAW Systems Work Model Protocol: The system is performing the change. It is not undergoing it.
What this is for: Developing the capacity to work with the compliance pattern from inside the system — recognising your own participation in performed adoption and functioning differently within the feedback loops that have been carrying performance rather than genuine integration.
When to use: When every adoption metric confirms success and nothing has shifted. When the system has learned to perform the change rather than produce it. When you are inside a system that is complying with an intervention and you can feel the gap between the performance and the reality. When you are part of the compliance pattern and have not yet worked with it deliberately.
The goal: To function as a part that introduces accurate information about what the system is actually producing into the feedback loops that have been carrying performance data — so the system’s decision points can work from what is real rather than what is being reported.
