3.2 Internal Application
Subscribers may apply what they learn within their own teams or organisations, provided they do not present the models, protocols, or frameworks as their own creation, do not reproduce or distribute the materials to others, and attribute concepts to the source when discussing them.
3.3 Practice Partnership
Founding subscribers engaged in a Practice Partnership arrangement — as agreed in writing with LABKOM Co. Ltd. — may apply protocols and methodologies within client engagements under the terms of that arrangement. Practice Partnership does not constitute a general licence to reproduce, distribute, or teach the intellectual property. The scope and terms of each Practice Partnership are defined in the written agreement between the parties.
4. Prohibited Use
Subscribers may NOT:
4.1 Training and Teaching
Use content to train, teach, coach, or instruct others commercially or non-commercially — unless operating under an active Practice Partnership arrangement or formal licensing agreement with LABKOM Co. Ltd. This includes developing workshops, courses, or training programmes based on the content, and using protocols, assessments, or tools to facilitate sessions for clients or teams without authorisation.
4.2 Reproduction and Distribution
Copy, reproduce, or duplicate content in any form; distribute content to non-subscribers; share paid content in any public or private forum, group, or channel; or upload content to any learning management system, intranet, or shared drive.
4.3 Adaptation and Derivative Works
Adapt, modify, or create derivative works from the content; translate content into other languages; or merge content with other materials to create new products or services.
4.4 Commercial Use
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content; use content as part of any paid offering without a licensing agreement or Practice Partnership arrangement; or present the intellectual property as your own in any commercial context.
4.5 Misrepresentation
Claim authorship or ownership of any content; remove or alter any trademark, copyright, or attribution notices; or imply endorsement or affiliation with LABKOM Co. Ltd. without written permission.
5. Subscription Tiers and Access

6. Case Study Consent and Confidentiality
6.1 Consent
By completing the Wicked Case Examination survey and/or participating in a Systems Praxis session, the subscriber consents to their situation being examined through the systems lens and published as a case study within the Publication.
6.2 Confidentiality
All published case studies protect the subscriber’s confidentiality. Published material includes industry and position context only. No personal names, organisational names, or identifying details are included unless the subscriber provides explicit written consent for specific disclosures.
6.3 Review
The subscriber may review the case study before publication. A reasonable timeframe for review will be communicated. If the subscriber does not respond within this timeframe, publication may proceed.
6.4 Intellectual Property
The published case study — including all analysis, systems reframes, and protocols developed from the subscriber’s context — remains the exclusive intellectual property of LABKOM Co. Ltd. The subscriber retains no intellectual property rights over the case study, its analysis, or its protocols. The subscriber retains full ownership of their own organisational information and context as provided through the survey and session.
6.5 Withdrawal
A subscriber may withdraw consent for publication at any time before the case study is published. After publication, the subscriber may request removal. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate removal requests, though content that has been distributed through the Publication may not be fully retractable.
7. Licensing for Commercial Use
If you wish to use any content, protocols, assessments, or methodologies for training or coaching others, facilitating workshops or sessions, developing programmes or courses, internal organisational training at scale, or any commercial purpose — you must obtain either a formal licensing agreement or an active Practice Partnership arrangement from LABKOM Co. Ltd.
Practice Partnership arrangements are available to qualifying Founding subscribers. Terms are agreed in writing between the parties.
To enquire about licensing or Practice Partnership, contact us through the Publication’s enquiry form or at victor@systemworkprimer.info.
8. User Conduct
Subscribers agree to:
Engage respectfully and constructively in all community features, including the AMA practice space
Recognise the AMA practice space as a shared practice environment — a space for bringing challenges, working with protocols, and engaging with fellow practitioners
Not share access credentials with others
Not use automated tools to scrape or download content
Report any suspected violations of these Terms
Conduct that undermines the practice environment — including but not limited to disrespectful engagement, commercial solicitation within the AMA, or sharing of paid content — may result in termination of access.
9. Enforcement and Remedies
9.1 Monitoring
We may monitor use of our intellectual property through digital watermarking, metadata tracking, and other methods.
9.2 Information Handling
Information provided through the Wicked Case Examination survey and Systems Praxis sessions is handled with care. Survey responses are reviewed personally by Victor Nuñez. Information is used solely for the purpose of wickedness assessment, case study development, and protocol development. Raw survey responses are not published or shared. Only anonymised analysis appears in published case studies, subject to the consent and confidentiality provisions in Section 6.
9.3 Violations
If we discover unauthorised use of our intellectual property, we may issue a cease and desist notice, terminate your subscription immediately, pursue legal action for damages and injunctive relief, or report violations to relevant professional bodies.
9.4 Damages
Unauthorised commercial use of our intellectual property may result in claims for actual damages suffered, disgorgement of profits obtained through unauthorised use, statutory damages where applicable, and legal fees and costs.
