What this is for: Developing the capacity to influence a system’s goal-seeking from inside it — working with the connections and feedback loops you are part of to restore the goal as the organising force that drives relationships and interdependence toward a shared aim.

When to use: When the system is active but not coherent. When effort is present but traction is absent. When the same conversations repeat without resolution. When decisions are made but do not hold. When parts are committed but not aligned — because the goal has become unclear, fragmented, or lost beneath the weight of competing pressures.

The goal: To restore the goal as a live functional force inside the system — not by declaring it but by reintroducing it into the connections, feedback loops, and decision points you are already part of.
